The problem
Communications teams need to know what is being said about them across newspapers, social media and broadcast, including on radio, where there is no text to search.
What I built
- Capture workers record radio and TV streams; speech is filtered, transcribed and matched against watch terms.
- NATS JetStream connects capture, transcription and matching so each stage scales on its own.
- Sentiment, crisis detection and generated briefings on top of 13 Kenyan newspapers, X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Outcome
- Verified broadcast mentions delivered alongside print and social coverage in one dashboard.
