The problem
A ministry and several offices needed fast, secure public websites that their own staff could update.
What I built
- Wagtail 7 and Next.js 14 multi-site CMS with cross-site content syndication via Celery.
- Zitadel SSO, Traefik TLS and self-hosted S3-compatible storage (Garage).
Outcome
- A ministry portal with six microsites, plus techenvoy.go.ke and africaforwardsummit.go.ke.
